Troubleshooting Connection Issues

The most common reason Arago Control cannot connect to Arago is your network configuration. You need to ensure that all steps presented in the Network Setup section are followed correctly.


Here are a few other items you can check:

  • If you’re utilizing a laptop or PC equipped with a WiFi antenna, and Arago is connected through an intermediary network (rather than directly via an Ethernet cable), we strongly advise you to transition to a wired connection.
  • Inspect the LAN cable for any indications of damage. Replace the cable if necessary.
  • Make sure the Network Card is not damaged. Check it’s health by going to Control Panel, Network and Internet and view all ethernet connections.
